Sports Extreme's Open mats this Sunday 10 - 1 pm..

Sports Extreme in Boothwyn, PA will open up its 6,000 square foot wrestling area this weekend for an open mat session for all and anyone who would like to stop by.

No Charge, everyone is welcome form the bantams to the masters divisions. It’s time to ramp up and get started on the road to the championships that you will be pursuing this year.

Please email and let me know if you will be attending, you can come in anytime from 10 – 1 pm.

For the middle and high school wrestlers I will conduct a plate workout and bring out the sledgehammers, tires and kettlebells and put you through a functional strength training workout

There will be plenty of chances to work on your technique as well as pick up a few pointers from the coaches we have here as well as your own coaches.

Coaches and Dads you are more than welcome to put on your shoes and work with your kids!

The only way this district will get better is if everyone works together.
