 is a final message to encourage wrestlers to enter and compete at this 
year's 25th Anniversary Ohio Tournament of Champions, which will be held
 on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Columbus Convention Center, in 
Columbus, OH. Entries from 30 States and Canada are already entered. 
Remember, the top 5 Regions that do the best, based upon their top 25 
place finishers, will win cash grants from $500-$2500, to directly 
benefit wrestling in that Region. Every wrestler is a potential scorer 
for their Region.

Current states represented: CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, 
MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, 
WV, CANADA

The entry deadlines are as follows:

Saturday, April 15 - thru 11:59 pm - entry fee at regular rate

Sunday, April 16 & Monday, April 17 - thru 11:59 p.m. - there will be a $10 late fee charged

Tuesday, April 18 - Too late - entries will be shut down

Weight changes are free thru Monday, April 17 (11:59 p.m.). After that, 
any changes must be done at the event and are subject to a $100 change 
of weight fee.

Projections are indicating anywhere from 
2500-2800 wrestlers. This is based on the following:

Current entries: will be more than 1500 by the end of today - 
which is right in line with where we were last year. Last year, we had 
946 register the final three days, including 499 on the final day, and 
are expecting more to do so this year, as we are running at a 20% higher
 rate of entry this week.

Submissions (those that have either pre-registered, and not yet paid + 
those that have registered and paid) are currently up more than 250 
wrestlers (15%), over last year.

Special Guests this year include: Frank Jasper, Shute, from the movie "Vision Quest."
