Hello,

If you work with youth or high school wrestlers you may want
to take the time to go over the proper way to drill.

In order for a wrestler to develop their technique effectively they need a partner that reacts properly and works with them. So, it is important to make sure that all wrestlers know how to drill to get the most out of wrestling sessions.

Because it is so important I have created a short FREE 5 minute video called "How to Drill" where I go over the do's and don'ts of drilling.
