Due to a few teams dropping out to scheduling conflicts St. Clairsville High School, located 10 minutes west of Wheeling, WV, is in search of 1 team for our annual holiday invitational which will be now held at the ECO Center on the campus of Ohio University Eastern. The tournament this year will be held on 12/28/24. Tournament is run as a pool to bracket tournament, extras allowed. The top 20 wrestlers based off of seeding criteria will be entered into the main tournament with everyone outside of the top 20 being placed into a silver bracket. The main bracket will start as a pool with 4 pools of 5. Winners of each pool will then be placed in the semifinals to determine places 1-4. 2nd place in each pool will be placed in the consi semis to determine places 5-8. We plan on running 6 mats. We also have connections with local hotels for any teams that are traveling and need lodging.
