If any Pa wrestling teams are interested in coming down to North Carolina on the 3rd Saturday in December, Foard HS host NC's best 1 day tournament.  We get top teams from several states and have had teams from Pa in the past.  If interested, contact:  mike_carey@catawbaschools.net

Also, if anyone is looking for an asst. coaching job, let me know.  It's a great place to live, with 4 distinct seasons.  It's affordable living, within 4 hours of beach, within 1 hour of the mtns. and ski slopes, and within 30 minutes of lakes, and teach/coach at a great school with a great wrestling tradition.  We have a NHSCA All Americans, and a National Champ, a great 8th grade class on the way, and a great wrestling room!  We travel during the off season to Virginia Beach, Pigeon Forge, and Boone to get some good competition and have fun as a team!
D1 wrestling is all around us: App State, Gardner Webb, UNC, NC State, Duke, and lots of D2 schools.  If you are looking to re-locate, it's a great place to live and raise up a family!
