I’ve seen everyone of these kids wrestle at least 10 times both HS and club. Very tough bracket but that’s a good bet on order. |
2 out of 4 correct 50% score. I should have taken you up on your bet. You must be a Souderton guy.

Two more changes... hoping this is the last of them.
Central At 126, Luke Fink (Harriton, C-6) is out; Steve Bowers (Radnor) is the new C-6
West At 132, Brandon Sheffield (Oxford, C-4) is out; C-5 and C-6 move up; Alex Pratzner (WC Rustin) is the new C-6

Don't forget Waterman/Hauserman. While not fresh, it will be a barn burner. Again! |
Will have major regional bracket implications too, though both would be favored to meet in the finals again.
If Waterman gets revenge this week, he will be the No. 1 seed, with McBride 2 and Vulakh 3. If Hauserman wins, McBride will be No. 1, Vulakh 2 and Hauserman 3. |

I am new to this post season format, and seeding. If Waterman wins, He will be #1, McBride #2, Vulakh #3. Does that mean Hauserman would go to 4th seed? And they would meet in the semis? That sounds like serious ramifications for States. |
If Waterman wins and Hauserman takes 2nd, Hauserman will wrestle the 4th place kid from the West in the pigtail, assuming McBride wins that district. The winner there would get Vulakh.

No. Depending on placement. He would be on the other side and run into McBride or Vulakh early.

Unless you continually work, evolve and innovate you'll learn a quick and painful lesson from someone who has.

Good news... we should have updates from the West tourney on Saturday.
If all goes well, we'll have updates from all four of the D1 tourneys tomorrow.
Thanks to everyone who's helping out!

You guys deserve nothing but the best. Last night's picks were brought to you by Monster Energy Drinks in case anyone is wondering. Mike has negotiated a corporate sponsorship partnership with them just to keep me from falling asleep during these previews.

2 AM for Youngblood...6AM for Leister???? The bloodshot eyed audio/video team is going all out. Does this mean we can’t laugh at Joe’s picks again this year? |
ZZZZzzzzz... wha?
Where's the fun if you can't laugh at Joe's sleepy picks?
Unfortunately with the late changes to a couple of the brackets, he had to redo a few of them for the preview.
Looking forward to a bunch of great tournaments this weekend.

Three additional changes in the Central tourney:

Roberts) is the new P-6
| Anyone know what happened to Milano? I know McCutcheon was a victim of a slam in his 3rd/4th match last week and likely didn’t recover enough to go.

[QUOTE=mo bloodyoung]I would expect the PAC to dominate the Central and Ches-Mont to dominate the West. Delco is down I predict the majority of the finals from last week will be repeated in those districts.
I agree that the PAC will dominate the Central but disagree that the majority of finals will be repeats.
106 P-1 Vulakh vs. C-1 Hollingsworth I would consider likely 113 P-1 Kuhns vs. C-1 Lofland possible 120 P-1 Meredith vs C-1 Hodges lock 126 P-1 Quinn/P3-McGill vs C-1 Bagirov possible 132 P-1 McNair vs. C-1 Lesser likely 138 P-1 Petrucelli vs. C-1 Stocku lock 145 P-1 Vulakh vs. C-1 O'Donnell likely 152 P-1 Mancini vs. C-1 Lledo Lock
I have to admit I do not have the familiarity with the upper weights to comment and I do realize that most if not all of these scenarios favor the PAC. I just think there will be more fresh finals on Saturday than you predict.
