We are reviving the former New Hope/PJP opening weekend wrestling tournament, which did not take place this past season. Pottstown head coach Nick Wade approached me about doing this back in late January and hosting it. He has secured the building for opening weekend of the PIAA season, Friday & Saturday, December 11 & 12. We are looking to have 16 plus teams compete in a full, double elimination individual event worth 3 competition points. There will be a JV component and we are also hoping to include a girls division.

First, we need to get commitments from teams to attend. We'll get the rest of the details out in the near future.

We understand that full commitment may be tough to do at this time, but please respond, if you are at all interested.
