How is Barlow still ranked higher then Mcgurrin from Pennsbury after he lost to him? Doesn’t make sense

In fairness, McGurrin was 32 points "behind" Barlow in the voting on Jan 5 and now they're separated by a point. Maybe some voters missed it or some still weigh career, as well. At this point in the season there are a lot of head-to-head wins that don't always line up in the rankings: Sigle pinned Smith, Delaney pinned Smith, Borzio has a win over Cole, Thompson had 2 wins over McKinney last year, etc. At least the voters noticed and the votes did change some.

How did Rowe move back ahead of Lester at 189, with Rowe having no significant wins and Lester defeating Rowe by major descision?
