With Super 32 being moved up (10/15 and 16) and other preseason national tournaments quickly approaching we are looking to start holding an open mat at Canfield on Wednesday nights at 6pm in our wrestling room beginning August 10. Anyone looking to train for the upcoming preseason national tournaments is encouraged to attend. Drilling, live, and conditioning will be the focus, no technique sessions just get to business. No charge to attend, all we are asking is for a current USA card as we are a chartered USAW club. (Will need to purchase a new card beginning in September). If there is a good turn out we will add Sundays in September.
