2022 NHSCA National Duals in Virginia Beach, VA over Memorial Day weekend.  
Weigh-ins are Friday, May 27, and wrestling is finished Monday, May 30.

PICK A WEIGHT YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE ON MAY 27!!  PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WRESTLE THE WEIGHT CLASS ABOVE TO FILL THE TEAMS NEEDS  

2-6 grade - 2 Teams
1 lb. allowance – (2)52, (2)56, 60, 85, 90, (2)100, 110, (2)150

6-8 grade - 2 Teams
2 lb. allowance – (2)75, 80, 90, 142, (2)154, (2)165, (2)180, (2)230

8-12 grade - 4 Teams (possibly more will be added)
3 lb. allowance – (2)106, (3)113,  (2)145, 160, (2)170, (2)182, (3)195, (3)220, (3)285
