Tuesdays - Oxford high school
Wednesdays - Radnor high school
Ages - K-12
Session Packages
Summer Membership - $100
2 person family membership - $175 for a family of two
3+ person family membership - $225 for a family of three or more children
5 class punch card - $65 - Allows access to 5 practices
If all classes are not used on the punch card, you may use this punch card for the fall session. You may also transfer the value of the remaining sessions toward a fall membership.
Memberships allow access to both locations - Oxford and Radnor
Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff consists of 3 Penn State Wrestling graduates
Nick Ruggear, Justin Ortega, and Kyle Moran
All three coaches were on national championship teams
Additionally, Cory Brennan and Justin Schellenger are on staff. Both have collegiate wrestling experience at Clarion and Limestone College
There may be guest clinicians floating in the room who are yet to be added
Practice Expectations
Our practices are ran very similar to the way off season practices are ran at Penn State during the offseason
Our typical practice usually consistis of
- A 15 minute game to warm up - Soccer, Speedball, or Ultimate Frisbee
- 5 to 15 minutes of play wrestling
- 15 to 45 minutes of technique
- 30 minutes of live wrestling
- Depending on the day there may be post practice dodgeball
- Our coaching staff will always be available after every practice to help work on technical wrestling or to provide additional drilling and live wrestling
