Dave/Warrior, Don't worry I have been working hard on this preview. The plan is to finish brackets tonight, however neither The Jet or Mo have returned any of my calls or texts. I was looking for some guidance in regards to the 126lb East Bracket....I guess I will resort to my old method, letting my daughters pick based on which school's colors they like better. |
Mr. Joe, I already have my regional predictions done my brother. You better up your ante or you're going to be known as Mo's cousin next year.

The Jet has been unavailable for consultation as he has been sequestered in his underground lair developing a full-proof new methodology for this year's states picks.

Satch do not set your expectations too high for the brackets as it will ensure you will not be let down when you see them....

Sadly the East appears to be the lone district with any real compelling drama. Should be some good rematches in the finals of the other 2 though, and maybe some flipped results which will make the regionals bracket a little crazier than expected.

I would expect the PAC to dominate the Central and Ches-Mont to dominate the West. Delco is down I predict the majority of the finals from last week will be repeated in those districts.
The East has some very good potentially fresh finals matchups: 126, whoever makes it there, likely Fuss and another Radner (or Williams)-Tamburrino Robinson-Andrade Widing-Erb Stillings-Green (let's see what undefeated Bear can bring to the table) Chapman-Verespy Cody-Cooper

Change in the East:
At 152, Marcellus Martin (Abington, N-3) is out; N-4 moves up; Michael Molloy (Pennsbury) is the new N-4

I hope these replacement wrestlers continued to practice and maintain their weight this week.

Mo
Don't forget Waterman/Hauserman. While not fresh, it will be a barn burner. Again!

Hoping sometime tomorrow morning, but we'll see. When I have a better idea, I'll pass it along.

I agree that the PAC will dominate the Central but disagree that the majority of finals will be repeats.
106 P-1 Vulakh vs. C-1 Hollingsworth I would consider likely 113 P-1 Kuhns vs. C-1 Lofland possible 120 P-1 Meredith vs C-1 Hodges lock 126 P-1 Quinn/P3-McGill vs C-1 Bagirov possible 132 P-1 McNair vs. C-1 Lesser likely 138 P-1 Petrucelli vs. C-1 Stocku lock 145 P-1 Vulakh vs. C-1 O'Donnell likely 152 P-1 Mancini vs. C-1 Lledo Lock
I have to admit I do not have the familiarity with the upper weights to comment and I do realize that most if not all of these scenarios favor the PAC. I just think there will be more fresh finals on Saturday than you predict.

| Anyone know what happened to Milano? I know McCutcheon was a victim of a slam in his 3rd/4th match last week and likely didn’t recover enough to go.
