How many wrestlers qualify for regionals from District 12 AAA? Is it still top 5 go on?

I saw somewhere D11 & D12 advance 3 each to NE Region and D2 brings 2 to form an eight man bracket.  The top 4 NE will advance to the East AAA Super Reg. which will be at Quakertown.
